The solution is to buy a PS5 and turn off PC crossplay.
Jokes on you.
There are cheats for modern consoles now, have been for awhile. And I'm not talking about the Cronus users. I'm talking about full on wallhack/esp and aimbots. Consoles are not safe and you're kidding yourself when you believe that it's a cheater free environment by turning crossplay off.
he is not wrong though.. playing on PS5 is night AND day compared to PC. Cronus can give them stronger aim assists or less recoil but reality is that PS5 filesystem and memory processes are protected so no aimbots or wallhacks which is one of the major problems on PC.
I'm not saying Cronus is not prevelent on PS5, it is, but it's not really flawless as everyone seems to make it to be, it's still cheating but not on a scale and level of PC. You can deal with Cronus users, you cannot do anything against PC cheaters who inject and manipulate direct communication to the game and servers and can read where everyone is and precisely hit headshots without even aiming.
I'll take Cronus infested PS5 vs PC cheating losers any time of the day.

Quick google search tells me that you can wallhack on PS5 through the use of external hardware.

Of course.. you can hack the hardware. 30+ years ago people were installing custom chips into Playstation for this reason and read pirated discs. This is not some new discovery. However, in order to do this you have to mod your console pretty heavily and you can still get caught and your console completely banned. So the percentage of those cases is like 0.01% of people. So the question is not even it's possible, yes it has been possible for decades, the reality is that they are not easy to do and you can mess up your console and again and get it banned permanently. These chips and mods are not cheap either.
So if you do get caught, which is highly likely, you just wasted hundreds of dollars for wallhacks. On PC however, you don't need anything, you just download and inject processes into memory that try to intercept/read information from servers coming to game client and back so it costs nothing really and is very easy to do, you just download software.
It's a pretty big difference and thus why this is not a major problem on consoles.
