Battlefield 6 auf Steam gekauft, EA erkennt es nicht

Jo habe gleiches Problem, habe mich erst an Steam gewendet - die sagen ich soll mich an BF6 Support wenden, die schreiben:

EA Support: Wir haben Ihre Kontodaten gründlich untersucht. Unser System zeigt an, dass die mit Ihrem verknüpften Steam-Konto verbundene Battlefield 6 -Berechtigung von Steam deaktiviert oder widerrufen wurde.
Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf die spezifischen Gründe, warum Steam diese Maßnahme ergriffen hat; ihre Systeme teilen uns diese detaillierten Daten nicht mit. Es könnte sich um ein Zahlungsproblem beim ursprünglichen Kauf des Spiels, einen regionalen Lizenzkonflikt oder eine andere Sicherheitsfrage des Kontos handeln. Für weitere Unterstützung müssen Sie sich direkt an den Steam-Support wenden.

der Steam Support schreibt: 
I checked your purchase history and also your Games and license you own page and was not able to confirm any deactivated files/games for Battlefield 6.
Just to confirm, when 3rd party account (like EA account) is created, all the information about the game linked, email address, etc.. are all held by the 3rd party's account system. Steam does not have this information.
Also, the actual linking and unlinking of a Steam account with a game or service (like EA account) is an external process, which Steam does not intervene.
I checked your playtime for Battlefield 6 (approx 68 hrs).  Were you able to play this game normally on Steam before?  It never asked you for product code until now? We see an active license for Battlefield™ 6 in your Steam account. 
There is no product code/CD key code for that game as previously mentioned. 
Linking and unlinking a Steam account and a game or service is an external process. 
This game uses a separate account and activation system that we can't access at Steam Support.
Please contact the EA support again, in order to resolve the matter.

Fazit: die schieben sich den Ball hin & her, keiner will/kann hier helfen. Hatte von Nvidia nen Code für Skin SVK-8.6 bekommen, kann man bei Steam nicht eingeben und bei der EA App erhalte ich den Skin im Game nicht. Battlefield V und 2042 (auch über Steam gekauft) korrekt in der EA App angezeigt, Steam Konto auch noch einmal neu verknüpft, dennoch bleibt das Problem besten. Es liegt somit definitiv an EA und nicht an Steam, EA hat nur kein Bock darum zu kümmern
