“An undefined error occurred”

I recently created an EA account for my son to play Battlefield 6 on Xbox with his father. After setting up the EA account and linking his XBOX account, the “undefined error” keeps showing up asking me to “scan a QR that isn’t visible to learn more or get additional assistance”. I’ve closed the game and reset the system several times with the same result when attempting to log in to the game. How can this be fixed?!

  • I had similar problems with different errors codes.  Im assuming this started after downloading season 2 like the rest of us. This  is only thing that works temporary till I turn Xbox off. I have to pull power plug out of console and let it sit at least 2 minutes. Then with cord still out hold power button in on console for 10 seconds. Last after that you can plug it back up and turn on. It works every time for me but it only temporary until you turn it off.
