100% CPU usage help

Hey,

I have seen a post on this but I needed some additional advice.

So I tried the below user config and that does drop the CPU usage down by around 30% thus solving that issue.

However, every time I then load the game it's as it it's being loaded for the first time with factory settings. Even if I change settings and reload the game the same thing happens, it's back to as if I haven't played the game before.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed please?
