Ping on Xbox has increased

Hi all.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in ping on Xbox.

I'm playing on Xbox series x with a wired Ethernet connection. I have FTP with decent connection speed and ping in UK. I have ipv6 and ipv4 addresses and open NAT.

My ping , possibly after the last update, has increased from single digits to about 30ms. I know this is not game breaking but it does seem to be having an effect.

I've logged on to Warzone and on that I'm getting 8-9ms ping 

Any ideas?
