4/4 tracked challenges but can only manually track 3

My game ever since it came out, shows 4/4 tracked challenges but when I go to the tracked submenu, it only shows 3. It doesn't let me track a 4th on, it's greyed out, and I can't untrack the 4th "ghost" challenge cause it's not under the tracked challenge submenu.

Anyone else have this issue?
