Hello!
I am very surprised that you did not encounter this problem in the beta.
A temporary solution to this problem is to disable all features provided by AMD Adrenalin. Only use the FSR and Anti-lag game settings, and also use frame rate limiting. If this does not help, run the game in full-screen mode, press ALT + Enter, and stretch the window to full screen, as you would with a regular program. Lag, stretched soap frames, and input lag should disappear after that.
