Account Access revoked

My access to BF6 was permenatly blocked due to a violation of the user agreement. I dont cheat, I dont know why this would happen. I was playing Faceit on CS2, and the FACEIT Anticheat force closed BF6. When I next launched the game it told me that I am permenantly blocked from the content of BF6. How do I contact EA support? My account is listed as having no bans on record, so I cant appeal the ban, and their support system wont let me submit a ticket. When I submit a ticket, it offers self serve options which none will work for me, or tell me to submit a ticket, in an endless loop.

  • Welcome to the club. I've been attempting to contact them all day for a very similar issue. They have an "appeal" process that you can fill out and apparently it "works" even if your account shows no penalties. Which isn't very re-assuring without a case number. I have attempted to contact them via their chat feature which you can only access through making a case claiming you were hacked. I waited in that for over 2 hours with it saying I was next in line. Nothing ever changed. Tried a different browser as well could never get through to a human.

Clearly their anti-piracy is giving false flags. I have over 20 hours from this weekend and am passed the threshold of refunding via Steam. Absolute joke of customer service representation from EA. Logged off last night about 11 PM, from the download of my EA data it said the ban went in affect around 6:00 AM. ?????

It would be nice to even have a statement from them stating they are doing something to address this. The top post on the forum is marked as "Resolved" when hundreds of comments clearly show its not.
