Welcome to the club. I've been attempting to contact them all day for a very similar issue. They have an "appeal" process that you can fill out and apparently it "works" even if your account shows no penalties. Which isn't very re-assuring without a case number. I have attempted to contact them via their chat feature which you can only access through making a case claiming you were hacked. I waited in that for over 2 hours with it saying I was next in line. Nothing ever changed. Tried a different browser as well could never get through to a human.
Clearly their anti-piracy is giving false flags. I have over 20 hours from this weekend and am passed the threshold of refunding via Steam. Absolute joke of customer service representation from EA. Logged off last night about 11 PM, from the download of my EA data it said the ban went in affect around 6:00 AM. ?????
It would be nice to even have a statement from them stating they are doing something to address this. The top post on the forum is marked as "Resolved" when hundreds of comments clearly show its not.
