Account Lock

On launch, loaded up the game. waited in the 700k queue of players. Got into the game. Played the campaign and was able to beat it with minimal issues aside from a weird bug where one of the main characters died and couldn't progress without restarting checkpoint. 10/10 foreshadow bug cause they actually died later down the line. Besides the point. I log in today on steam and launch the game only to get hit with " Your account has been locked permanently from Battlefield 6 for violating terms of service" Normally wouldn't be an issue especially if I could Appeal the **bleep** lock through EAs help page. However no email, no notifications or messages on my EA account page that give any indication of why Im banned, with no way to contact support thanks to EA's wonderful system in place. my 100$ dollars for a pre order goes down the drain and i cant even play the game i was anticipating for months on end nor can i combat the ban or figure out if its a permanent lock or just a time period lock BECAUSE I CANNOT PHYSICALLY CONTACT SUPPORT IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM ABOUT THE ISSUE IF THE ISSUE ISNT PRESENT ON THE ACCOUNT THATS BEEN BANNED. Little to no warning on the instant ban on a game i wasted money on, enjoying the feel of old battlefield for a lovely time span of 5 hours only to wake up to an account ban that literally doesnt make any sense shape or form. Literally typed one thing in global chat upon playing in a multiplayer lobby which was " Drop B" Which was a coms request to a heli pilot doing arma 3 maneuvers like a god.
