i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?

"Contacting" the ToS team just gives everyone the same automated response, as i said. There's no option to live chat or email anyone on the team. Can EA please address the issue of Javelin issuing false bans?

Sometimes, that implies that the account has been banned. If you wanted to check this, there's a webform in the guide below that will let you contact EA's Terms of Service team.

Alternatively, it may be worth making sure that all addons are installed, in case that's causing the issue.
VermilionTomb Yes, that's correct, I'm afraid. Their ToS team only correspond over email, so you can't contact them in any other way, and will use set-text when responding for consistency. However, all appeals are reviewed by members of their team.
EA Help are also unable to handle bans and can only initiate the appeal process on behalf of users. This is why they have directed you and others back to ToS.
