Account Suspended

So I'm usually not one to care about these things that much. However, my account has been suspended for 7 days. What's weird is it got suspended for ANOTHER PLAYERS comments in game. Even in the email I received it quotes the other players gamer tag and not mine. I never even said anything remotely close to what was quoted. I would provide a screenshot but it is quite vulgar. I reached out to support a number of ways to no avail. I really am not trying to have this connected to me at all.
