Always stuck in main menu

Hei, its already couple weeks since this problem occur

1. Somehow when i party with my friend and start the match, i am the only one who cannot join the game and stuck in main menu and character in screen stuck too like when i found a match. No, its didn't have any error code its only matching count down is gone

Its unplayable, especially when busy time.

2. When i check the store and got match, playstation store logo stuck in the bottom and not gone until i restart the app.

3.  I already clear the weapon challanges yet, my weapon still lock.

Dude, i just want to play.... Why is soo hard to play when i got the free time...... Its soo frustrating to have problem like this, got left alone when everyone play together....
