Anticheat error with secure boot on

I have had this issue since beta (never got to play) but decided to get the game despite that because at least I can play through GeForce now if need be. I would like to still be able to play locally.  I went through the steps again, watched the latest video of enable secure boot etc (already was) and still can't play. Hoping the post doesn't go ignored this time.
