Any community manager's able to help? I still can't connect after 3 weeks.
Any chance a community manager or someone human can help me resolve this ongoing problem? For no apparently reason other than the game updating I have been unable to "connect to servers" for 3 weeks now. I have tried everything detailed in the EA help docs and nothing has worked. Do EA not have human live chat to maybe help diagnose account login issues because all I get is a circular bot and no actual assistance
I've tried all of the following to get the game to login, it won't and just presents an error code that doesn't link to any online description that I've seen or make much sense.
I've noted others in here are having the same problem.
I've tried:
- Uninstalled the game
- Uninstalling Steam
- Repairing/uninstalling Anticheat
- Clearing the game cache
- Checking game integrity
- Uninstalling the EA App
- Turning off MFA
- Turning off Windows Firewall
- Resetting my router
- Tried to connect with and without a VPN
- Using a wired and wireless connection
- Trying a different DNS
- Trying a mobile network
- Logging out of the EA App
- Changing my EA account password
- Checking if I have been locked out/ banned
- Reset my PC
- Removed all trusted devices
- Unlinked Steam, then relinked Steam
- Made sure the basic BIOS requires hadn't changed
- I don't have any antivirus aside from the built in windows one which I tried turning off
- Updated Windows
- Updated video card drivers
My setup shouldn't suddenly be an issue
- Windows 11 Pro
- 128gb DDR5 Ram
- 4TB NVme SSD Storage
- RTX 5090
- Core Ultra
Aside from getting a refund for a game that has stopped working I don't know what else to do.
