Anyone experiencing major lag?

I don't know what to do. I stepped away for a couple of months and now, for the past week, every match I play is full of rubberbanding, glitching through walls/terrain and enemy players straight up dissapearing. I feel like everyone is seeing me 3 seconds before they appear on my screen. According to the game my ping hovers around 12-20ms and there's no major packet loss. On top of this, half the time I start matchmaking I get into a game and then immediately get sent back to the title screen. I've tested my network numerous times and other games work fine.
