I know this is a late response, but this is a well laid out case. I was not impressed with the email exchange I had, either. As it went on, it felt like a massive round about being treated like much ado without nothing. I also had no option to continue my case, either, so it ended up closing on its own.
Thankfully, as of now, at least the Road to Battlefield 6 rewards have been granted. I don't know to what extent (if it was a blanket granting to every player or if they actually managed to finally determine who earned what), but this is at least a step in the right direction. In my case (and I'm sure many others), I am still missing my Open Beta rewards. The battle is not yet over, but the good thing is that, as far as I know, the Open Beta rewards don't have a drop-dead date like the 2042 rewards did.
