Yeah same problem. Completed all the challenges during both weeks in beta through Steam, and nothing. I downloaded Battlefield 6 for RedSec last year same account and all, nothing then, got the full game January 5th 2026 on Steam, still nothing to this day.
The really unfunny thing about this situation is that EA themselves gave a deadline to claim the rewards, which is March 31st. Thanks EA, I'll go and claim the rewards YOU failed to get to me because some server-side issue on your end you won't even bother to solve! Worst and at this time the most probable situation, you wasted your time on completing the challenges after being told that you'd get rewards when the game releases, and paid money to see and enjoy them in-game.
Or, I guess you could get permabanned for nothing on top but that's a whole other can of worms.
I'll share my personal experience as a warning to those who think they'll get any help from EA on the issue.
This is a long one so TL;DR, you're wasting your time if you try to solve this through EA-help. It's an issue they're completely aware of, and would rather lead you around dead-ends than tell you how things actually are.
I really hope people read this though and spread awareness since I accidentally and actually crashed out on the EA-forums with a doctorate-length essay out of all places lmao.
I created a ticket on January 16th, and from the very beginning they asked the most obvious questions like "can you tell the platform you bought it for, EA and linked account names, could you LIST OUT THE NAMES OF ALL THE REWARDS YOU'RE MISSING AND HOW TO GET THEM etc".
I thought that it might be a UI- or a restricted access to customer information kind of thing so I mostly ignored this at first, but told them that I had already done everything on the "self-help" page, and wanted this to be handled as soon as possible.
After repeating the same questions and "have you tried turning the game on and off again" level instructions (okay as a curveball they asked to clear my cache which for the record I did) for a few times my patience was running thin. They took around a full day every time to get back to me with a different handler each time regurgitating the same things. So yesterday, Jan. 21st I told them that they can find answers to the same questions asked from the previous messages, and questioned whether there is actually anything done behind the scenes or are they being just lazy (they gave me an obvious template answer just the day before).
I got an automatic message to continue in live chat at EA-help; Great, finally some progress! Haha, except no, as heard from other people having the same problem, at the very least Europeans and Canadians seemingly can't access the chat function from ea-help page at all! Well, not knowing this and failing to find the chat button from the instructed location in the EA-help page, I did what I had done every time earlier.
I e-mailed them back, answering the, I guess "chat" message that had come through to my e-mail asking me that have I posted about the issue on the official forum. I tell them, through e-mail, that no I have not because I want to use as little time more on the issue as possible.
An automatic e-mail pops up telling me that "hey, we can't see this, you need to use the chat function". I thought okay, I'll check the page again, still no "Resume Case" or "Chat" button anywhere. Just as I was starting to google if there was another way to get to the chat function, another e-mail comes through! As it turns out, they COULD see the e-mail! This time they tell me that they have "reported my concern for further investigation, and there wouldn't be any direct response from our team."
Amazing.
So around five days regurgitating the same questions and instructions, me telling them that I don't feel like they're actually doing anything about the issue, and boom, I'm cut off. They told me to use a function I'm pretty sure they are completely aware of not working at all in my country (I tried also using VPN later, funnily enough that didn't do anything either), and told me through e-mail shortly after that no more conversations will be had about this.
Now I'm left looking at an "Waiting on Player" status on my case and waiting for them to put the automatic reply of "you haven't contacted about the issue for X amount of time so we'll assume this being solved and have closed the case". Can't really do anything about it either since I can't open the chat and they won't get my e-mails either since they closed communications there.
Frustrated and feeling vindicative, I did some digging. This isn't a new issue, and more importantly, it's a known one. You're not alone with it, it's just that no one's doing anything about it. Doesn't really cost them money if they won't so why should they? There's numerous posts about it around different forums, I also found some video's on YouTube and even an article on this: https://antberry.com/missing-battlefield-6-open-beta-or-road-to-bf6-rewards-solved?srsltid=AfmBOoqIjrp2XZAlPtKBulE2Rk9wDPXajTNlZ81h3IkxqFhha0epFmge
The thing is, even though I enjoy the game otherwise, I feel really screwed with in a "this is probably legal and you can't actually do anything about this" kind of way. I could cry false advertisement but it isn't like no-one got the rewards, just some few that include me. Doesn't really fill you with positive feelings about the game now does it?
I went on a bit of a ramble and one could say that I'm taking this too seriously, It's just a game. Yeah, sure. But I'm just frustrated about getting screwed by corpo's left and right, and getting these blatantly lazy and template filled, repetetive, unhelpful and nowhere leading e-mails from a different person every time made me snap a bit.
None of this helped me in any way, and I have only wasted my time. If only EA-help could do their jobs and be straight forward. I wanted an answer in the realm of "we are aware of the issue, it being this and this, and it should be solved by x date / in x weeks". Them not doing this almost proves that nothing is being done, and no resources are allocated towards solving it.
At the end of the day, the game is still an EA-game. They never changed; the (in my opinion) great Beta experience just lured you to a false sense of security and familiarity, and so feeling that this time would be different.
Well,
No Beta-, twitch-, or BF2042 event rewards coming through for you? RIP bozo - Best regards, EA
