Bad FPS on 4090 laptop. Anyone have same issue or fix?

I'm launching game through steam not EA app. Dropped resolution from 2k to 1080 and selected Low graphics settings for everything. Also tried 2k with 50% render scale. I get ~80 fps when nothing is g...

I have the same issue with a Razer Blade 16 2023 with the following specs:

Intel i9-13950HX, RTX4090, 32gb RAM

I plan on looking into the issue later, but it runs at 120fps 1440P Native + high settings with my 5060TI 16GB desktop GPU so I haven’t spent the time.

The 5060TI is not faster than the laptop 4090 so I know there must be something we are missing.
