After 3 months, 3 months of being more than reasonably patient, I am met with a denial email that was auto generated, containing none of the information I asked for. I requested a manual review and evidence that was used to determine I cheated when I never did any such thing. The amount of frustration I am feeling at this moment is beyond me putting to words.
I have submitted one last appeal with clear instructions on what I am wanting: a human to physically look at my case and metrics used to determine my ban and a response from a human containing the information used within a week. Failure to do so will result in me seeking legal action.
