I bought the battle pass pro version and got the pro rewards but I didn’t get the standard instant unlocks, I have opened and closed the game numerous times, and have restarted my pc several times and still haven’t received the items, it’s going on day 3 of waiting for it to work, what do I need to do on my end?
Hey man! Sorry to pile on, but there’s nothing you can do. This has been a persistent issue for about 2 weeks now. I’m on PS5 and I’ve done similar trouble shooting (restart, reinstall, verify license) and nothing has worked! Even better, you can’t get it refunded! At least thru Sony :) they’ve told me that because there’s been no official announcement from EA (cause why would they come out and say “oh whoops battlepass pro is bugged pls don’t buy!”) therefore all the posts you say and hear online are anecdotal at best and we’re absolutely left high and dry as consumers. Best bet is to just seek a refund thru steam (I’m guessing is your launcher on PC) and not buy the battlepass moving forward. I’m screwed doubly because if I circumvent Sony and contact my bank for a chargeback, they can ban/restrict my account!! The consumer always wins!!!
