Battle pass issues?

So paid 10 usd for the battle pass and I unlocked and equipped the wolf emblem thingy with no problems but the 2nd price, the canis lupus gun is not appearing in my loadout even tho it's clearly unlocked, indicated by the check mark above it in the battle pass screen...this gun is really cool looking and I spent around 2 hours talking to 3 tech support people that were no help at all. I'd either like a refund since the battle pass isn't working or for the matter to be resolved asap. I've done the basics such as restarting my PC and client. Got the game through steam btw.
