High Ping and Packet Loss Causing Shots to Not Register

What is it going to take to get you guys to address and fix this??? Every match I play in is riddled with server side high ping and packet loss causing shots to not even register. Out of all the shots in this video, I only missed 2, the others didnt even hit even though you can clearly see my crosshair on the target. Why even bother playing if every match is going to continue to be like this?

nek minute lasers pointing at the vehicle
1st shot hit, 2nd shot hits vehicle probably miss any way, 3rd shot miss possible vehicle but probable miss, 4th shot miss , 5th shot getting shot and miss, 6th shot big miss, 7th shot hit.
