Battle Royale Duos and Quads Missing from Menu \(PS5\)

Platform: PlayStation 5

Game: Battlefield 6 – REDSEC

Issue:

On PS5, the Battle Royale Duos and Quads playlists are missing from my menu after the latest update, leaving only the Casual option visible. However, I can still join Duos and Quads matches by joining friends, indicating the playlists exist but are not appearing on my account.

My friends on the same platform and game version can see and access Casual, Duos, and Quads normally.

What I’ve already tried:

• Restarted the game
• Restarted the PS5
• Verified the game is fully updated
• Reinstalled the game
• rebuilt data base
• Confirmed friends are on the same version

This appears to be an account-specific issue affecting playlist visibility, since matchmaking works when joining friends but the Duos and Quads options are missing from my own Battle Royale menu.
