My friend was having the same problem, managed to solve his issue by disabling services on windows related to RAM RGB, Mouse Software, Keyboard Software, Headphones Software, some of these load drivers that may not be compatible with EA Anti-cheat giving that error. Make sure after you disable those services and disable the startup of those applications you restart the pc before trying again.
