I’ve got the same problem — my FPS are between 35 and 28 in every round. When I first noticed the bug, it helped when I changed the settings to fullscreen and back, but now nothing helps anymore. Sadly, it’s unplayable after the last update with that FPS. Before the update, I had 100 or more FPS, even though I have a strong PC.
