Battlefield 6 – FPS drops by half until a setting is changed

I found a solution, but I’m not sure if it’s temporary or if the issue is completely fixed.
First, I took a screenshot of my graphics settings.
I use an Nvidia GPU and opened the Nvidia App, then went to the Graphics Settings (on the left side of the app) for Battlefield 6 and selected the optimized preset.
After that, I started the game and changed the settings back to the ones I used before.

Update:
After a restart is the same problem back and i cant find any fix
Its unplayable with 30fps
