Sure, here you go. Although I paly on medium spec and I dont have any issues with community server, but I want to play on offical just because mostly community servers are for farm and bot. Hopefully it will help!
TwinPad thanks for posting the HWiNFO screenshot.
XMP memory overclocking isn't enabled in BIOS settings. Memory is running at 1200MHz 16-16-16-39 instead of 1600MHz 16-20-20-38-57 or higher speed.
1600MHz is actually 3200MHz DDR (1600 x 2 = 3200). You might be able to push the memory speed to 1800MHz 18-22-22-42-64 and not have any stability issues.
For some reason the RTX 3080 is really struggling to maintain 60fps at 1080p resolution. I suspect there's a BF6 video setting that's killing it's performance. Such as DLAA or maybe BF6 high resolution textures are installed.

XMP I just turned off, because when it was enable BF was just shutingdown randomly while I was playing it.
DLAA is set on performance.
Later I'll make screenshot of settings. Although I've got new question then. If it's like problem with my "hardware" video card struggling and RAM not overclocked then why I don't have any of those problems at Community servers? Also playing conquest with 64 players on it, and no lags, all runs smoothly. Also now playing Battle Royal mod and still no problem, while there is fire everywhere, huge map and so on.

TwinPad Community and Battle Royal servers have a 30Hz network tick rate. Official Conquest servers have a 60Hz tick rate.
You only need 30fps to prevent time nudge (TN) network lag on Community servers. 60fps is required on Official Conquest servers.
I explain what time nudge (TN) is in the link below.

Your Team Group memory sticks have 4 XMP profiles. 3600MHz was probably unstable. Try 3200MHz XMP profile instead.
There's also a 2934MHz XMP profile.

I've put on 3200, will try on it.
