TwinPad the last HWiNFO screenshot you posted still shows the memory running at 3800MHz.
Try XMP Profile 2 instead of XMP Profile 1.
The user manual for your motherboard recommends installing the memory sticks into memory slots A2 and B2.

For 4 years already there... if not even more.
Also, my memory is running at 3200 MHz, not 3800 MHz — HWiNFO shows 1596 MHz (×2 = 3192 MHz) and my motherboard only has one XMP profile (Profile 1) available, so there is no XMP Profile 2 to select.
PS: Just had crash on 3200, gonna put it lower...
