Battlefield 6 “time out error” PS5

Ea - cone on, I pay £90 for a game that I can’t even play! It’s now been 3 days and I still haven’t got in to a game without it timing me out and kicking me. What. Is. Going. On!. How are you going to fix this or refund the money. Who else is getting this problem and unable to to play the game. I’ve about had enough of it now ~ is there any solution??
