Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

I have submitted yet another ticket and still no contact please EA give me a solution its gotta be something on your end ive tried everything even the free play trial dos not work but i put xbox on and its fine??

I own the game on PS5 wanted to try it on pc in case i want to buy it there too. downloaded the game from EA app. my accounts are linked EA PSN and steam. when i login on pc i get Account Restricted. i hope this didn't ban me on PS5 too i have to try and see.

I’ve had the same issue. I have a PC at home and my PS5 is on the road with me while I work out of town. Works fine on my PS5 but came home a month ago and I got the restricted notice. I messaged EA and they said it was a problem on their end and that they recommended logging back in several days later… it’s been a month and I just returned home, yet I’m still restricted. 

This is hilarous 1 month have pass and EA didnt move a finger for correct this problem

I don't know what else could be causing this. Try opening a case with an advisor so they can check your account for any issues. That can be done by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

I just bought a new PC to play BF6. Ive been playing on my xbox since launch.  My xbox account is linked with my ea. When I launch the game I get a Account restricted error message. I checked to make sure i have no ban or violation. I can play just fine on my xbox someone Please Help!

I barely have any Play Time on PC and I'm still getting this error I'm also downloading red sec and have an account on PS5 that is completely fine.

Same problema, i have bf6 on ps5. I wanted to proof redsec on pc, overall for BR on ps5 the performance is not too good. But appears that message, when i look for my penalties on the oficial site, nothing. I can still play normally on ps5 There is no restrictions. I dont know what happens, ive been looking for a solution on internet but there is no. Ive writed to ea and nothing too. Please anyone can help?
