This is not the answer to this issue, it’s not a BAN it’s an error on their side. Just got off support and it’s not a me issue.

I'm getting the same message and didn't even get to play the game, ea support says my account is fine, no bans. It's obviously an issue with the game that needs fixed.

Hey everyone, I’m having the same problem.
I bought Battlefield 6 on my Xbox Series X, but I also want to play it on my gaming PC. When I try to log in, I get the “Account Restricted” message. There are no bans or suspensions on my EA account, and my security settings all look fine.
I even flushed my DNS, cleared cache, and double-checked my network just in case, but nothing helped. It’s honestly a pretty high entry barrier just to play the game — first the Secure Boot issue, and now this haha.
Has anyone found a fix yet or heard anything official from EA about it? Error code: 1:86000105:5100S:-17636452900:4128769Q

When I opened Battlefield 6 for the first time on PC, a message appeared saying my account was restricted, even though I hadn't opened it for the first time (I have it on PS5, but this is my first time on PC, and I wanted to try RedSec). I played the beta on this same PC, so there shouldn't be any problem. I tried contacting EA's wonderful support, but it's impossible to get through to a human being; it's just a page redirecting you to another page. I've attached a screenshot, which also shows my ban history is clean, so I don't have any appeals to make.
Edit: I can play on PS5, the problem is on PC where apparently my account is "Restricted"

Well I checked my penalty history and it was fine. I still didn't receive a reply from ea support. I don’t know what's wrong as that's my main ea account. I played 2042, bfv,bf1 before without any issues. Now bf6 causing me issues. Here's the penalty history screenshot.

That message appears to relate to a ban, I'm afraid. If that is the case, you'll need to try appealing to EA's Terms of Service team, as they're the only people who can potentially revoke a ban. If you wanted to try, the guide below should explain the process and a webform to begin the appeal. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the message you're receiving.
