i can not get into BF6 because i am met with an account restriction. my original issue was my EA account was deactivated due to inactivity. I opened a support ticket and they unlinked my xbox and playstation account from the original EA account. I was told that i had to abandoned that account at this point. I opened another account and linked all my stuff to it and the support is saying, I have a merging issue and I have to post on the official forums. So this is me posting on the forums, so i guess, I can get someone to respond ? support cant help me but forum support can. I am glad that EA makes it really easy to jump back into their franchise after not playing in awhile lol.

My account has been restricted from accessing online features since yesterday. I tried to play Battlefield 6 (PC ea app) yesterday and couldn’t get it to work… never had issues with the game since launch i have over 50 hours in the game everything worked fine and now I can’t access the game? I tried deleting the cache, reinstalling the game, I checked if i had any bans or community restrictions… nothing everything is clean? I really don’t understand it? I send a email to them twice with a screenshot everything explained i never heard back…. ? Am i the only one?

is your steam account hooked up to your EA account?
I know I'm having the issue others are with owning the game on console but trying to use the same linked EA account (its linked to my ps5 and EA launcher) and trying to play redsec on PC. I get the account restricted because of that on PC.

So what I can figure is if your EA account is hooked up to a console and EA app and you own the game on console and try to play on EA app Redsec, you get that message.
My steam account is not hooked up to my main EA account due to me buying and playing 2042 on PC and not realizing my steam wasn't hooked up to the same EA account on console. So on Steam I can play BF6 redsec but have zero progression compared to my console version of Bf6
