Happened to me in a custom game while playing on us servers, I assumed the custom servers get bottom of the barrel servers hosting them. 

Hence the 60hz tick servers and 30hz tick Portal & Redsec.

Also, you actually want to turn on the Network Performance Graph too. (Choose always on option)

Also, turn off your VPN if you have one.

The yellow icon with 3 stacked rectangles in the top left corner of the screen is indicating the framerate is dropping below 60fps.

The blue client frame time (CFT) line in the network graph is your framerate. The line is jumping up to 18ms which calculates to 55fps.

1,000ms ÷ 18ms = 55fps

There's 1,000ms in a second. The game's taking 18ms to render a frame. Which mean the game can render 55 frames per second.

Notice how the blue time nudge (TN) line in the LAT/ALAT graph jumps up at the exact same time as the blue CFT line whenever CFT goes above 16ms which is 60fps?

The time nudge (TN) network lag is being caused by the game's framerate dropping below 60fps. A low framerate can cause network lag.

Any software i use to read fps is saying I am over 60 fps. This was not an issue until about a week ago and out of nowhere this starts happening. I have tried lowering the graphics to the lowest possible setting, switching from 2580x1080 to 1920x1080 and it does absolutely nothing. The situation stays the same. I have over clocked my GPU and cpu and still have the issue, neither the cpu or GPU go anywhere close to 100% while playing, as it didn't before this issue started happening. So how do you go about fixing this issue? Why des this only happen in big game modes like conquest and breakthrough yet I can play rednec with no issues UNTIL I run into more than 1 enemy? This is great information and I appreciate it, but if my problem really is low frame rate, which i still don't believe it has anything to do with my system, what do I do to fix it??? @Oskool_007

This is with the ABSOLUTE lowest possible settings I can apply. How does this make sense. This is also after removing the slow 3000mhz ram sticks and keeping 3733mhz 16gb which should be good enough for bf6, ryzen 5 5600g, 3060 12vram, on an ssd. Does not make sense. 

exoticblaze420​ the answer to your question is to keep troubleshooting until we resolve the low framerate issue. Your system is powerful enough to run BF6 at over 60fps.

The memory timings are loose in HWiNFO. The timings are 22-23-23-55-78 instead of the XMP timings of 16-18-18-38-57.

It doesn't appear XMP/A-XMP is enabled in motherboard BIOS settings.

Please post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen. Set it to Advanced.

This will tell us what the game's framerate is and if there's a CPU or GPU bottleneck.

• number of sticks
• the size and speed of each stick

I took out the two slower sticks which were rated at 3000mhz, total of 32gb. Since bf6 should work fine with 16gb of ram and id get faster speeds with just the other two sticks, those are Kingston hyperX Fury RGB 16gb 3733mhz ddr4 CL19 DIMM, I have XMP enabled from my bios, when i run it at 3733mhz it has issues, but when i select auto instead of manually selecting 3733mhz, it defaults to 3200mhz. I had all four sticks in

it enabled for that Pic of HWinfo too, I added a new one here with just the two sticks in. OskooI_007​
