Battlefield 6 causing Xbox to completely turn off and won't turn back on unless I unplug it and plug it back in I know it's not my console as it works with every other game I have and there is no sign of overheating I also cleaned my Xbox of any dust and it is suitable place with plenty of ventilation please EA sort this out I have just paid good money for this game and I am also a huge battlefield fan and was anticipating playing this game.

It happens to me since b2042, b6 beta, and ea/dice, microsoft don't recognize this.
This is not a problem in our consoles this is a problem of optimization that only happens with some users. There are a lot of us on X, discord and in this forum and ea just do not want to solve this. We have to spam together until they solve this
can confirm as well, I've had this issue since the beta but no issues on 2042 or any other titles for that matter but I have been having this issue since launch and there is no word or anything about what it could be, it's not a hardware problem at all and I am tired of others saying that it is. I at least want acknowledgement but knowing EA we will never get it.
I managed to play today for a about 5 games I took off hdr 10 in the consoles setting and set to quality mode in game instead of performance I thought I'd fixed the issue then again cut me off mid game I was wounded and again my Xbox is not overheating at all definitely a problem on there end keep reporting it hopefully they provide patch soon and fix the issue.
I’m having the same issue. I can’t play for more than 15 minutes. If they don’t offer up a solution in a few days, I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card because the game is worthless.
