Solutions for me : 1- Disable anti lag or Reflex in the graphics menu of the game. 

2- Install on another drive other than the windows drive. 

3- downclock your gpu and power draw. 

 

These 3 definitely fix ;) All these fix my all issues ;) Also don't use any user config files etc ;) turn off HAGS as well ;)
