Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

Have we had an official reply from DICE yet (Straatford87​, EA_Atic​)?

This seems like such a crazy bug. Mine is also set to Santiago and I am on US east coast. 

I can't play larger game modes in official matchmaking and even smaller game modes sometimes drop packets.

    Yea, pretty frustrating as this thread comes up as one of the first results on Google. I’m not sure how there’s been no response.
