Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

having the same issue, what's strange is that I live in south Brasil, so even if the servers where actually on Chile I should have at least decent connection but it isn't the case, some people have said that "santiago" could just be a name they used for a test server or similar, but like why is this in the game and why it forces people on it
