Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

Date/time issue occurred? Ever since launch
What type of issue do you have? Abnormally high TN (above 1000ms) on official servers
Summarize your bug: Only happens on official servers, community servers (browser) works perfectly fine. On official servers, the TN never goes below 500ms, often way above 1000 or 2000ms, which creates the sensation of moving in slow-motion, underwater, and with huge ping. All other parameters are fine (ping, FPS, packet loss, GPU util, CPU util a bit high but not crazy). Tenancy is also set to "SANTIAGO-COMMON" if that has anything to do with it.
In which mode and or map has this happened? Any mode or map, as long as it's from the official servers (matchmaker). Any mode and map joined via the Server browser works fine (bots or no bots, even 64 player servers)
