I constantly have lag/rubber banding, latency and packet loss issues on official servers.

Anytime I select a game mode through the multiplayer menu and join a game, I immediately have the latency and packet loss icons on the top left of my screen the entire match. This seems to be more of an issue with larger game modes I've tested like conquest, escalation, etc. Smaller game modes like TDM, Domination, and King of the Hill are less affected, but will still periodically lag. When I search through the server browser by my region and join a game, that game runs smoothly as it should. However, it's impossible to find a game mode I enjoy like normal conquest through there.

Any and every map on larger game modes like conquest and escalation. Smaller game modes like TDM, Domination, and king of the hill are still affected, but much less than the larger ones.
