Hello, everyone. After looking into this further, we can see that 'Santiago' was the code name for BF6 during development. It's not referencing the city. So, if you're having connection issues, we would need to troubleshoot those. You can find some suggestions in the article here.

Is that a joke ? There's obviously an issue we already tried all those **bleep** troubleshoot. It's the only game we have issue with even with a really good connection. The game is unplayable. This has to be a joke.
