What exactly is happening? Are you lagging/disconnecting? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Are you seriously asking if we are on wired or wireless connection, did you even bother to check the thread? People literally can't play the game on official servers even on 1GB fiber internet. Instead of disrespecting us with that troubleshoot link like the problem is on our end either focus on fixing this or let us know if it's not possible to fix so we can stop wasting our time and refund.
