Community ManagerAs a test, can you switch to a wire to see if that makes a difference? Otherwise, we can't rule out any issues with wireless. Which is one of the biggest reasons for connection issues.
Hey dude, I can speak for most of us here, but a lot of us are using ethernets with awesome connections. I only say this because ive been reading posts after posts about this exact issue.
Community ManagerAnytime you're on wireless and are lagging/disconnecting, you always have to rule out that it's the wireless. Lag and disconnects are going to be far more frequent than being wired.

Using wired connection is the way to play online FPS games if I am being honest..
Could you please tell us if the issue is being investigated at least?
EA_Shepard asked us for a template to complete + screenshots of network performance, we completed the task correctly - some of us anyways , but we haven`t heard anything after that.
There are multiple posts, threads everywhere and people complaining.
We are really running out of options here : )
Any feedback would be somewhat appreciated.
