I appreciate the help. You must understand that we have been dealing with this issue for weeks, since launch. We've researched and experimented every tip and trick shown here, on reddit, on steam, youtube and a miriad of other sites without any luck. I will list what I've tried at the bottom. But what I really want to portray here is that it all leads to official servers making our TN skyrocket, while community (Portal/Server browser) server do not. My lead is that it has to do with the server tick rate, which seems to be 60hz on official servers while being 30hz on community servers. That's what creating the illusion of lag and rubberbanding. We have setups way above the minimum and recommended specs, and still face issues.
I personally have a i5 12400f, 16GB of RAM and a RX7700xt, pretty on par with the recommended specs. I have a 1Gbps connection (via ethernet, speeds confirmed on several speed tests). It's definitely not a network issue.
Finally, as I said, here is the list of things that I personally have tried, to no avail:
- Connect via Ethernet
- Reset the router
- Activate XMP on BIOS
- Update BIOS
- Reinstall the game
- Factory reset Windows
- Install all Windows updates
- Create the user.cfg trick to lower CPU usage
- Flush DNS
- Change DNS providers
- Reduced Graphical settings
- Enabling/disabling upscaling, frame generation and fps limits
- Stopping all overlay software
- Cleaning up fans and PC case
- Re-seating GPU and RAM modules
- Switching RAM modules to bays 2 and 4 for faster dual-channeling
And I'm sure there's people who have tried even more stuff. Please understand our frustration, and again, thank you for helping.

-obuS69 the screenshot you posted shows a client frame time (CFT) of 21ms. This means your framerate is 47fps.
1000ms ÷ 21ms = 47fps
That's why you have the low FPS icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Do you have frame generation enabled? I'm not sure why the CPU and GPU fps in the top right corner of the screen shows a framerate over 60fps.
While the low framerate icon in the top left corner of the screen and CFT graph shows a framerate below 60fps.
