Check your TN value on the network graph, mine is 300 ms to 900 ms flactuating it should be below 10 ms . that is the reason why we are having teleporting game

Yep the TN value can go from 10 to 900 here too. Sometimes it's ''playable'' barely around 30 for a certain amount of time and then it will become unplayable again with 300-900TN..
