It's been 5 days since admin reply and still no update or fix. The game is literally unplayable for me right now. This should not be marked as a solution.
Here's some pics, I'm in Cali and I noticed it after the season 1 update. Everything before was fine.
PugChomp that's a terribly high ping time. I recommend figuring out which part of the world matchmaking is connecting you to.
Here's how to find the IP address of the game server and run a traceroute to it.

OskooI_007 Thank you for this, I did that and got this IP: https://ec2-18-98-44-111.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/
I guess it's somewhere in Oregon, so maybe the Santiago, Chile thing is just a visual bug? I'm not sure what's going on then.

PugChomp you can search google for 'domain name to ip address' websites which will convert ec2-18-98-44-111.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com to ip address 18.98.44.111 .
Then you can search google for 'ip address location' websites which will locate ip 18.98.44.111 to Portland, Oregon.
The question I'm wondering is why your ping time is so high. I'd need to see the traceroute to perhaps be able to understand.
I don't think Santiago, Chile is the actual location of BF6 servers, no.

OskooI_007 Ok, here's the traceroute, I blocked the IP stuff out because TBH I don't know what any of it means. I just see that the AWS address is all red?
