Community ManagerHello, everyone. After looking into this further, we can see that 'Santiago' was the code name for BF6 during development. It's not referencing the city. So, if you're having connection issues, we would need to troubleshoot those. You can find some suggestions in the article here.
You guys need to fix your servers. These packet loss/latency/High Ping spikes are not occurring with any other online game we play meaning its something on YOUR end, not ours. Numerous people have mentioned this problem, yet you guys seem to be ignoring it. If you want your player base to stick around, I suggest making the game playable for them.
