Didn't Received BF Pro Token after purchasing Phantom Editon
Hi, after contacting EA support for the 5th time and always with the same result ("our team will investigate this problem", then closes the issue No Fix Available), I want to get the answer to my question:
Why are players not receiving BF Pro Token after purchasing Phantom Edition ? Since you're officially offer BF Pro token in Phantom edition:
And nowhere in terms is written that player, who purchased the phantom edition in Season 2 wont receive BF Pro Token, why is EA misleading customers ?

EA Play Pro gives you temporary access to the Phantom Edition content — but it doesn't "count" as owning it. No token is earned just from subscribing.
Buying the Phantom Edition permanently is what actually earns you a Battlefield Pro Token — specifically for the first season that's active at the time of that purchase.
The question is: did claiming a token via EA Play Pro count as "permanently consuming" a Phantom Edition token?
Based on the rules as written by EA_Leeuw, EA Play Pro does not grant a token — it only grants temporary access. So if you claimed a BF Pro Token during Season 1 while on EA Play Pro, that token technically came from the EA Play Pro subscription itself, not from a Phantom Edition purchase.
The logic would suggest:
Season 1 token claimed via EA Play Pro -> not a Phantom Edition token
Permanent Phantom Edition purchased in Season 2 -> first permanent purchase, no prior Phantom Edition token consumed
You should still receive a Season 2 token...
I would like to ask for explanation that is backed up by official terms and to avoid this misleading of customers, at least writing note under the product under what conditions the customer receive BF Pro token...
