EA_Mako rather seeing my comments deleted AND getting emailed that you re-marked this as solved just earlier, take a moment to read some comments. I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you've simply been checking boxes off of your clipboard so you can sign off for the day and enjoy the evening. That's completely fair. I've mitigated unrest from two sizable BF6 communities as well and have done the exact same.
Here's the thing, I've deferred and escalated said unrest here, to you and your team. If you don't, or can't, put in effort that conforms to the sentiment of this entire thread then kindly escalate it. If your bosses are telling you "F*ck those guys, tell them it's their ISP", then just say that is what's going on. Don't be that guy that ignores the elephant in the room. The less you empathize and resonate with your players, the further the distance continues to grow - positive perception is impossible to maintain when apathy settles in and players begin to view you in a foreign light.
If that happens again where you're willfully shutting out this corner of the player base, I'm going out of my way to send certified mail printouts of what I've documented over to Redwood HQ and having that apathetic vocal minority of my communities (a few thousand players roughly) use that to clear refunds from Steam.
They banned me for unmarking their non-solutions. Please forward any and all information to Redwood HQ. They do not care about helping us and are more worried about tone policing the forums.
