Battlefield 6 constant stutter/frame lag/ pinned 100% CPU usage

I play on PC, bought the phantom edition on steam for BF6 and played the beta. In the Beta, my game was genuinely unplayable. the constant frame drops and audio tearing made me try everything I could...

i have the same problem. When I shoot a LMG it sputters!!! instead of a smooth firing!!
